Avolatus, LLC (“Avolatus,” “we,” “us”) operates avolatus.com (the “site”). We are based in Huntsville, Alabama. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective date: October 21, 2026.
Information you give us
When you complete a form, book a consultation, request a speaker, share your contact details, or contact us, we collect the information you provide. That may include your name, email address, phone number, organization, role, event details, and your message.
Information collected automatically
The platform that runs the site records basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use it to operate, secure, and improve the site. The site may use cookies for these purposes.
How we use information

We send transactional emails related to your request, such as confirmations and replies. We send updates or promotional emails only if you have opted in, and every such email includes a way to unsubscribe. Your choice to unsubscribe is recorded and honored.
Text messages
We currently use text messages only for communications related to your request or appointment, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, and replies when you contact us. We do not currently send promotional or marketing text messages.
If we offer promotional text messages in the future, we will send them only to people who have separately and expressly agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Phone calls and our AI assistant
Calls to Avolatus may be answered by Morgan, an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant. We do not record the audio of these calls. Our telephone and customer relationship management provider uses AI technology to create a written transcript and a short summary of each call. We use them to understand your request, follow up with you, schedule appointments, and keep an accurate record of our communication. Details you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, and event details, may be added to your contact record, and call summaries are sent to authorized Avolatus personnel.
Transcripts and summaries are stored by our service provider on our behalf and are kept as described under Retention and security. We do not currently delete call transcripts automatically after a set period. If you prefer not to speak with an AI assistant, you may ask Morgan to connect you with a member of our team, or email us at [email protected] instead of calling. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information from a call using the contact details below. We will tell you what we are able to delete, because some records are kept by our service provider or must be retained as business records.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website, customer relationship management, scheduling, video meeting, email, and payment providers, and only for that purpose. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time. Contact us using the details below.
Children
The site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
