Refund & Digital Product Policy

Scope

Avolatus, LLC (“Avolatus,” “we,” “us”) operates avolatus.com (the “site”). This policy applies to downloadable digital products, online training, in-person training, and business-use licenses purchased directly from Avolatus. Books bought through Amazon follow Amazon’s return policies. Advisory and consulting services follow the signed engagement agreement. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law. Effective date: October 21, 2026.

Digital products and licenses

Terms for digital products and licenses will be posted before they go on sale.

Online training

Terms for online courses will be posted before enrollment opens.

In-person training

Cancel 14 or more days before the first class day for a full refund. Cancel 7 to 13 days before for a 50 percent refund or a transfer to a future session. Within 7 days of the first class day, no refund is available, but you may transfer to a future session, subject to seat availability. A colleague from the same organization may attend in your place at no charge. If Avolatus cancels or reschedules a session, you may transfer or receive a full refund.

Books

Books are purchased through Amazon; returns are handled under Amazon’s policies.

Billing errors

If you are charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for something you did not order, contact us and we will correct confirmed errors and refund any overpayment.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 business days. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Changes

We may update this policy. The version in effect when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.
