Site content is general information. It is not legal, regulatory, engineering, or airworthiness advice for your operation. Advisory, consulting, and training services are provided under a separate written agreement or the terms stated at purchase.

Your responsibilities

Each operator, certificate holder, and individual remains responsible for its own regulatory compliance, airworthiness determinations, and operational decisions.

Training statements

FAA approval or acceptance and Inspection Authorization renewal credit apply only to specific courses and delivery formats, as stated on our Training & Compliance Disclaimers page and in each course description.

Intellectual property

Site content, course materials, and digital products belong to Avolatus or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or resell them without written permission, except as allowed by the license you purchase.

Purchases

Books are sold and fulfilled by Amazon under Amazon’s terms. Purchases made directly from Avolatus are subject to our Refund & Digital Product Policy.

Third-party services

This site uses third-party services for forms, scheduling, video meetings, and payments. Their use is subject to their own terms.

The site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or unlawful information.
